Who we are

We are San Antonio's FIRST Soft Play Area rental and we are proud to bring this amazing idea to all the mom's and dad's wanting to have the most special day for their little ones- indoor or outdoor event.

 

We are 2 "Mompreneus" excited to bring the joy of playing in a safe zone, filled with colors and the best entertainment for toddlers and babies while helping them develop their motor skills.

Kiddie's Fun Zone was created after both of our boy's birthday parties, last December (2018). We could not find a safe playground fit for their ages (1 & 2 years old); most playgrounds in town were for older kids. After doing some research, we saw this awesome idea on other states and decided that it was time to help other mommies (and daddies) like us!

  • Do you set up outdoor?
    We set up both indoor and outdoor. If event is outdoor please consider we will NOT set up on dirt or gravel. We also suggest setting up a tent to provide shade as our equipment does tend to get too hot for our tots and babies.
  • Do you require a Deposit?
    Yes, a deposit of 50% for your desired play zone is required in order to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 48 hrs prior to your event. If your are booking within 48 hours prior to your event, the full amount will be due.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If the event is cancelled within 72 hours PRIOR to your event, you will get a FULL REFUND. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled after 72 hours prior to your event, you will have different options to use your deposit. Please contact us for more details.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    Yes there is, rental prices do not include delivery fee. Contact us for a free quote.
  • What is the sanitation used on your equipment?
    We clean our equipment before and after each event. We use "CleanSmart Toy Disinfectant Spray"
  • What if my event is outdoor and it rains?
    If you are hosting an outdoor event, you assume all weather-related risks and any unforeseen circumstances. We do carry a "Rain Policy" - if there is a high chance of rain and your event cannot be set up indoor, we will offer a complimentary reschedule date
  • How does the delivery work? Do you set it up for me?
    Kiddie's Fun zone requires a full hour before and after the event to set up and pick up equipment. We do set up the playground for you at no additional price. Client must be present at both drop off and delivery.
  • Is there an attendant with the service?
    Our prices do not include the service of an attendant. This is an add-on service that we offer for your convenience. Please let us know if you will need one. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED if no attendant is hired.
